A great yoga studio, as soon as you enter, you immediately feel care and attention. Nigora is a great fellow...a very competent specialist. She showed me how to do asanas, and also paid attention to yoga, breathing, pranayama, and even psychological well-being.. At the end, relaxation and meditation with a bowl and some kind of bamboo stick with pebbles rolling inside. Recommend. They also work on Sundays.
