Huge portions, the staff speaks Russian, there is not always everything on the menu. There is a large selection of good quality dumplings, the milkshakes are average, and I really liked the squid salad. It will do for a budget lunch/dinner. The interior is without frills, it's not particularly clear from the street whether they work or not-it was filled with boxes and buckets.
