It's a great place to throw the dice on the bed after a grueling, long journey. Acceptable price tag, double room with shower and toilet - 10000tenge(~1800rub). We stayed twice, 2 adults and 2 children shared a large bed. The location of the hotel is 172 km from the border with Russia, it was the second overnight stay on the way to Kyrgyzstan. It's not top level, of course, but at least there's no toilet smell and it's pretty clean. There is a canteen to have breakfast and then storm the road. The staff is polite and hospitable. In general, I recommend it to those who value rest, not 5 stars.

It's a terrible place. It's only good for spending the night. The price depends on the number of people. Be prepared that even for a 3-year-old child they will take money. There's nothing in the room, nothing at all. Toilet, TV, table, chairs, etc., nothing at all except the bed. You can stop if there are no options at all and you can't sleep in the car.

I underestimated the current rating because of the hostel , because the room that was offered was not only dirty ,small,a bed from the USSR,a mattress in some incomprehensible spots, I think that it is not necessary to guess what kind of spots, the price is too high for such a condition, they asked 12k tenge it is not worth it in my opinion, I can't do anything wrong about the kitchen to say we didn't eat there, it was probably delicious, the hall was in order, the atmosphere was good

We stayed here with my husband, because of the very bad weather it was not possible to move on. Pros: they cook normally, the room is dry and the batteries work well in the evening. That's all. Apparently, positive reviews have developed here for the cuisine, since they stay here mainly to eat. Cons: there is a shower, but there is no hot water (they said it was only 2 days), there is no soap in the room or in the shared toilet. There is no toilet paper, after the other guests there was garbage and a towel, one dirty pillowcase was already made, the second one was not and was not given out. There is a dirty mattress with streaks in the room, leaning against the wall. The light is blinking. The light bulb in the room is at the entrance, the other light bulb behind the wall above the bed does not work. There's nowhere to hang things. There's trash on the floor. In the morning, the batteries became warm and the room became cold. I asked for soap - we were surprised, they never brought it. I asked to give out pillowcases - they started arguing that they were clean, after 30 minutes they brought them anyway. I asked to remove the garbage - I was asked to put the garbage in a bag myself and put it out the door. We had breakfast in the morning, we were told off that we sat down at the wrong table, it was for others (how should we find out..). The staff is boorish. The price is 15 thousand for all these amenities. Conclusion: you can spend the night if you have nowhere else to go.

A terrible place to spend the night, even by Asian standards of comfort. The windows do not open, the floors are made of thin boards, when someone walks down the corridor, all the furniture in the rooms is shaking. The entrance to the hotel is through the cafe kitchen.

I don't recommend it. The food was delicious, but when they saw that the guests were walking through the kitchen in dirty shoes to their rooms, they didn't want to eat. There is only a studded bed in the room and everything is completely out of the word, there is not even a fan. There is a shower (without hot water) and a toilet on the floor. It will be difficult to get enough sleep with flies.

I visit this place very often because I often travel along this road in connection with work, and sometimes we stayed overnight in bad weather. Reading the review from planet03v, I am very upset, you yourself say that the weather was bad and you stayed here "with the girls" they gave you shelter at least some kind and you did not end up anywhere in the wilderness, but here with the girls. Alive and well, the situation could have been even worse, as in my case last year. So thank God that there is at least such a place on the way. So guys who, like me, are always on the road, be grateful even for a piece of bread and shelter, there may be worse cases in life than what you list. Before you get picky, think about where you are. You are not in the center of Moscow or Paris!!!!

I had to spend the night in this hotel twice. Well, if you sleep in a shared room, then more or less. Clear. But once I took a suite, it was a nightmare. Repairs have probably not been done since the opening. There is no light shower, just a hose. The toilet bowl is running water on the floor... The ceiling is covered in streaks. And they charge the price as for a normal hotel.

When we arrived, the hotel administrator was minding her own business - she was quarreling with some girl (perhaps an employee) and shouted obscenities at her, counted the cash register and pretended maximum disregard. When I clarified that I wanted to rent a room, she said wait. After standing outside for 20 minutes, we were still given a room. 4000 tenge economy 2 single beds. The room is dirty, there are dead flies on the floor.)) They also gave out a couple of towels, absolutely not the first freshness, two pillows, two blankets and two sheets. I can say with confidence that nothing but the sheets has been processed/washed. I slept on a smelly pillow, some men's perfume, cool, of course, right? After sleeping, I decided to use the shower, (I ran to the car to get a hair dryer, etc.), I will clarify that I asked about the presence of a shower to this room - they replied that there is access, as well as to the toilet. I stood in the shower and tried to drain the water to hot for 15 minutes. Unsuccessfully. I went to the men's shower in a similar situation. I'm going to the administrator to clarify what and how to make this miracle of technology work. She said - I'll turn it on right now, wait 5 minutes and start draining the water. I'm still waiting. 5 minutes, 7 minutes, 10, in short, washed with wet wipes. A hair dryer was not required. )) If you have been without sleep for 3 days and you just need to sleep lying down, it's fine. If you want at least a drop of rest, don't stay here. I can't say anything about the food, we haven't eaten, but we don't want to either. Toilet and shower with broken tiles, but miracles - a tulip shell shell. There is a good Internet connection.

They only warmed the kitchen because they were there themselves. My uncle also kept a post, my mother asked them for food for Iftar, they said it was still early and there was nothing to make noise, then all the truckers came in at once and boldly cooked everything, my mother came and asked to eat again, but they told her that there was no food. Then my mother asked me to pour at least some tea to take to my uncle's car because he is not a walker and would not have reached through the snowdrifts.
