The most wonderful place in Abkhazia! We had a rest here in August 2025. Very hospitable hosts Aksana and David! They always greet guests with a smile and a cup of homemade coffee. Guests from different regions of Russia have a rest in this place. There is interesting communication for both adults and children of different ages. When visiting David and Aksana, there is always a homely atmosphere. Once a week, David arranges a chic dinner with kebabs, homemade tea, cognac and wine for adults, and Aksana offers homemade compote of tangerines and quinces for children. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk away. Along the way, there are several shops and cafes with home cooking, where delicious dishes are prepared, and this year they began accepting cards for payment (but it's better to take cash with you too). The sea is gorgeous, the beach is big with few people, which is very important to me. A 5-minute drive away is the city of New Athos with its magnificent sights (caves, waterfalls, observation decks). A 15-minute drive away there are hydrogen sulfide springs, after which the skin becomes like a baby's. I recommend this place for everyone to relax!

Oh! These incredibly kind people, Aksana and David, and their wonderful children are a wonderful family. I recommend that you come to rest with them. They have a big garden! 🌳 Large rooms! , Spacious kitchen! The grapes are growing right above your head! And delicious Oriental coffee! ☕️ The sea is 600 m away. There is also a beach and cafe "Arsaul". New Athos is not far away! So come, they are always welcome. ❤️🙌🌞

We spent the night in February 2025, and many people don't rent rooms at that time. Aksana was found on the Yandex map. She accepted us right away. A very sincere, smiling, good-natured and beautiful woman! We are very grateful to her that she accepted us. In winter, the room is heated by air conditioning. The water in the shower is hot, the floors in the room and in the bathroom are warm, there is a separate kitchen. Aksana treated us to oranges, lemon and even small yellow fruits, I forgot the name) In general, this is our savior angel! Nelly and Dima!
