Rooms were okay, reception staff cooperative. Food tasted good, but restaurant staff were not cooperative, probably due to language barrier, and also they were not trained to deal with dynamic changes in the situation. Often, the restaurant had no billing clerk. Waiters were not bothered to take accurate orders and avoided any eye contact or other forms of communication. Clear lacking of empathy felt by waiters and restaurant staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center. The rooms are very decent, clean, comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant is paid upon arrival. You can order a la carte, you can use a set breakfast (2 types to choose from). The breakfasts, to be honest, are not very good ... only for this I lowered my rating.

I gave it three stars, which is what the hotel corresponds to. The location is convenient, on the main road. The parking lot is large. The reception is friendly. The rooms are clean, corresponds to three stars, the bed is comfortable, of medium hardness. The linen is clean, towels for face and body, shampoos and gel - everything is there. The audibility between the rooms is great. The door handles are really all loose (I haven't seen them for a long time). The restaurant closes early at 22h., but if there are no visitors, then maybe earlier - this is a big minus, since there is nowhere to go nearby, everything closes early. Keep this in mind when checking in late, so as not to stay hungry. But the price is 2,700 rubles and they accept payment with an Alfa-Bank card. So if you're not staying long, it'll do.
