I visited the store on 05/18/2026 and was completely delighted with the attitude towards customers. I went to buy a flour sifter, but I couldn't find it on my own and was a little upset. I asked for help from an employee who was completely absorbed in the display of the product at that moment. To my pleasant surprise, the girl didn't just wave her hand in the direction of the right department, but instantly put aside her business and personally escorted me to the shelf. The necessary product was not available, but the concern did not end there. The employee sincerely tried to help: she offered to check the leftovers at a nearby chain store. When I declined, she politely asked about my other purchases and helped me find everything else on the list. Thank you so much for such a sincere, attentive and empathetic attitude! These little things build trust in the brand. I want to come back here again and again.
