Toma Cafe in Tulkibas village, with a huge assortment of dishes and drinks. The interior is standard, the main thing is clean and a large hall. The food tastes not particularly refined, the cuisine is average. The chicken samsa is not very good, but it's normal with potatoes. I liked the tea with milk, the service is fast, which is the main thing. Prices are certainly more expensive than in other places, but there is little choice there. There is a free Wi-Fi.
