I came to the Altel salon on March 28, 2026 (Saturday) at about 18:17 (they work until 19:00), I just had to get a router — a standard and quick procedure. The employee had been serving other customers for a very long time, and when there were about 15 minutes left before closing, I asked if they would have time to serve me. In response, I heard that "the base is open until 19:00" and they can't help me in any way. When I tried to calmly explain the situation, the employee began to raise her voice. After the remark about the incorrect tone, they told me bluntly: "then I won't serve you at all." That is, I was simply denied service during business hours. The icing on the cake is that the employee responded rudely to my words about the complaint: "Go complain wherever you want." Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. Customers don't seem to be appreciated here. I do not recommend this salon.
