A very pleasant place to sit after a walk in such a magical place! The service is fast and friendly. The cuisine is very tasty! Due to the limited time, we took horse meat paste and two types of baursaks with tea. They brought it instantly, everything is hot and very tasty! Many thanks to waiter Bauyrzhan for his attentiveness, responsiveness and recommendations!!!

We stayed at the hotel, where breakfast in the restaurant was included in the room rate. The night before, I specifically approached the staff to warn them that it was my spouse's birthday, and I was planning to bring candles for the cake. I was assured that everything would be taken into account. In the morning, my husband ordered a cake, after which I once again approached the waiter and personally handed him the candles, reminding him of the request. However, the cake was brought without candles. When I pointed this out, the waiter didn't immediately understand what the problem was. As a result, the cake was taken away and returned only 5 minutes later, with candles. Of course, the surprise effect was completely ruined. Instead of a pleasant moment, it's an awkward situation and waiting. At the same time, the full price was charged for the cake, including 15% for the service, which, to put it mildly, left much to be desired. Separately, I would like to note that establishments of this level usually provide at least minimal signs of attention in honor of the guest's birthday. Here, there was no initiative, no basic attention to the previously agreed request. Unfortunately, the impression of the visit remained negative.
