The metro is nearby, and there are many kiosks with food and groceries around. A real decoration of this area, thanks to which it is comfortable and pleasant to live nearby! I recommend it to everyone!

It will do for renting for a few months, but it is not comfortable to buy or live like this in the long run. - The noise insulation in the apartments leaves much to be desired (the audibility is such that you can hear how the neighbors from above are vacuuming their laminate with a vacuum cleaner), old Soviet houses are much better in this regard. - In winter, there is an icy ice rink in the yard, literally, without exaggeration, and this is not to mention the raised platform, on which slippery tiles are laid out - it is very dangerous - Elevators run with frequent interruptions - Apartment sites do not have the possibility of ventilation, this is disgusting, because mixed odors from different apartments create unpleasant aromas ... One of the advantages is that there are many private kindergartens in the district, a shopping center in which there is a Magnum and many other shops, as well as an LCD playground closed to cars (which unfortunately turns into a skating rink).

Quite a respectable area. Nice houses. Good infrastructure. A lot of mazins. The Dobry store is especially good. It is always clean, tidy, and friendly sellers. A wide range of products.
