There are a lot of pancakes with different weights and a wide dumbbell row, but after the 30 kg dumbbells, each next pair in 5 kg increments (35 kg, 40 kg, etc.), there are very few intermediate pairs of dumbbells between them. On some simulators, the mechanisms that help to occupy the starting position of the exercise are broken (for example, a horizontal traction lever simulator, a sitting calf lift simulator). There is a pleasant and courteous staff at the reception, and competent trainers work in the gym, who, if necessary, can help and suggest the technique of performing exercises. There is also regular hot and cold water in the sports club. On the downside: the sauna is only available two days a week. The price of the services offered corresponds to the average market price in the city, but various promotions are often held and you can buy a subscription at a very good price.
