There seem to be a sufficient number of cash registers, but half of them are working, or even less, which leads to long queues at certain times. The prices are too high. It's enough to cross the street and you can find the same products on the market, sometimes for half the price. The staff was generally polite, or at least they didn't show any obvious disrespect. Vegetables and fruits are either sometimes fresh, and sometimes you go deep into the depths to find at least something of a normal kind. In general, it's fine, but there is something to work on.

A good selection of goods, more or less adequate prices and normal staff, but we'll come back to that. Sometimes there can be incidents when you ask the staff, but they either don't know, it's okay, or they tell you the wrong information, as was the case on June 1, when the staff told me that energy drinks with kvass can't be sold either. The ban was on alcoholic beverages and the stand with energy drinks was covered with ribbons. Basically, yes, there are such jokes with milk, by the type of sourness, but it is not cleaned, or as I described above with the staff, but generally a good supermarket.
