I bought a silver ring on 28.10..2025. I've worn it a couple of times. 11.11.2025 the ceramic insert fell off. It turned out that it was just glued on. When contacting the store, I was politely asked to contact a jeweler who would glue this insert again.… I left an entry in the book of comments demanding a refund for low-quality goods. So far, no reaction from the seller. By the way sellers are trained to prove by hook or by crook that the consumer is to blame, this is far from the first case in their practice. I read reviews on various websites and made sure that my case is not the first - they sell low-quality goods.
