I found the waitresses to be overworked and tired. As a traveler, I have never tried this franchise, and frankly, I was upset with the service. They have some sort of Ipad on the table, but ours was dead, so we were given a menu.... only to be told 30min later we need to order on the machine.....the one that was not working. They did not speak English nor did they want to, and they definitely don't know what hot chocolate is. This hot chocolate was like drizzled chocolate that you put on a pancake. Now, let's talk about all the items that are not available on the menu why have it on the menu if you can't give it to your customers? Really disappointed by their service. However their prices are reasonable and portions are not too big or too small and their bubble tea is very tasty.

Часто беру тут кофе! «Шоколадница» на Кутузовском проспекте оставила очень приятное впечатление. Здесь по-настоящему уютно: интерьер располагает к отдыху, а ассортимент десертов и напитков очень радует. Хочется отметить работу менеджера Николая — он не только профессионально выполняет свои обязанности, например подсказывает в выборе чего-либо, но и создаёт тёплую, дружелюбную атмосферу.))очень приветлив, внимателен к деталям и готов помочь с выбором.
