We had a very pleasant stay at Seva Apart-Hotel. The environment is very clean, quiet, and comfortable for families. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always helpful. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality during our stay in Yerevan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Armenia. Thank you for everything!

The hotel apartments are diverse, clean, and fully furnished; everything you need is available. As for the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Sonya at the reception—she was very kind in her interactions and our conversation about Armenian culture, and she was very efficient with the procedures. By the way, all the staff members speak English clearly and understandably
