I would like to emphasize my responsibility and thank the airline staff at the stage of buying tickets from St. Petersburg to Astana. In October, when I tried to buy tickets through the SKAT airline's website, there were temporary severe disruptions to their official website. In this regard, the booking was done manually (probably in the office by the nice employees / (cam) of the RAMP). Information about this was provided in advance when performing the operation, for which it is already a big plus and thank you! It took about an hour to receive tickets on the website, but in the end all the necessary documents with tickets were sent on the same day.

We flew from Almaty to Moscow.in principle, everything is on the level (departure time, boarding, meals on board). But nowadays it is impossible to equip Boeing with chairs with non-reclining backs. It's a kind of horror.
