Well, what can I say, the experience turned out to be sad: nothing was repaired, they spent 4 months and returned with damaged appearance. And it's not critical, of course (you can see it in the photo), but they didn't say anything like a pig. A toothpick and a drop of acrylic paint. But no, that's the attitude indicator of this desk. They periodically turn off their phone, do not call back as promised, and even manage to complain to you that you were unavailable. Although we recorded a second phone number for communication, because I'm going to work abroad. In general, I do not recommend it to anyone, save your nerves and time.

An extremely negative impression. The level of communication with clients is 0. The laptop was never made. We've been trying to do this for 3 weeks. They said that everything was ready. I arrived and picked it up in 20 minutes, it broke down. They said they had been diagnosed for almost a day, which I strongly doubt. I gave it to them under warranty. After 2.5 weeks, they said they would fix it and said that they still needed to replace the processor and they couldn't do anything. They promise to call back and don't call back. By the way, they returned the money for the "repair", but they deducted the money for the diagnosis from me. Okay, their right.

I've never written reviews, but I really don't have enough patience here. It is very difficult to get through, there is no customer orientation. I asked about the repair of the camera. She arrived, they told me the price, and I agreed with her. The stated diagnostic and repair time is up to 14 working days. I called after the deadline, but it was postponed for two more days. No one called two days later, and on the third day she decided to dial again. After that, they said that they had ONLY carried out diagnostics during this time, and repairs would be carried out within another 3 days. After 3 days, no one called me again, later I dialed them myself, they said that the camera was not ready.… So after a few more postponements, I picked up my order 24 days later. I understand perfectly well that anything can happen, and it's normal that repair dates can be postponed. But in this case, the employees, at least, should call and notify me of this! In addition to all of the above, the employees communicated extremely disrespectfully.
