I ordered flowers for my wife at the other I asked the consultant to pick flowers with a good bud. Flowers of disgusting quality were brought. The buds are all tiny and soft, on a tiny twig, and the bouquet doesn't look like anything. I contacted the customer support regarding the quality of the colors - the customer orientation is zero. During the night, the leaves on the buds shriveled and the appearance of the flowers became even worse. The holiday is ruined! A very unpleasant experience with this flower shop. The purchased flowers looked normal only at the time of purchase, and the very next day they began to wilt rapidly. One gets the impression that they are selling stale goods without caring about quality and customers. The bouquet was bought as a gift, and it was especially disappointing to see it in such a state after a day. For such a price, it is simply unacceptable. I strongly recommend not contacting this store unless you want to waste money and get disappointed instead of happy.

This time, I rate the place at four with a bold minus, since buying here still looks a bit like a lottery, albeit with a nice price tag. I came up with the perfect formula for myself.: you should go here exclusively for individual flowers in order to assemble the composition yourself. The retail price is really very pleasing and attractive. But now I don't even go near the ready-made bouquets in the window. Personal experience has shown that they hide too many pitfalls. Such compositions faded at home with cosmic speed, and unpleasant surprises with the quality inside the armful happened regularly. Today I stopped by for another birthday present. The staff met me quite politely, but there are some specifics here too. If you know exactly what you came for, you can clearly point your finger at the right vase and name the quantity, then the purchase will be lightning fast and simple. But if you plan to fantasize, consult about combinations of shades, or expect a creative flight from a florist, you will be disappointed. Local employees work in conveyor mode. They are totally loaded with the assembly of online orders and practically do not pay attention to live people in the trading floor. The store definitely has a lot to grow if it wants to correct this negative for a solid four or even five. First, it is necessary to strictly review the control of the freshness of stems in ready-made bouquets so that customers do not waste money. Secondly, it's time to remember about the customers in the hall. An online referral is great, but people in a first—come, first-served queue also want to feel welcome, receive full-fledged advice and help in choosing, and not just a technical assembly at the behest. Basically, we have an excellent flower warehouse with a good price tag, but it is viable only if you act as a florist yourself and control the process from the first to the last ribbon.
