It's a great clinic. For five years now, we have been visiting this clinic with the whole family on various issues, everything is always at the highest level. Recently, a bite correction plate was made for the child. He lost it a month later, and we live out of town in the summer, so it's inconvenient to get out. I made an agreement with the doctor, we promptly made a new record based on the casts, we didn't even have to take the child to the appointment again, my husband took the record, everything was fine. While I was writing this review, I accidentally noticed a negative review about oral hygiene. I personally have done oral hygiene at this clinic several times, and with different doctors, everything is always without complaints. I am very satisfied. Thank you so much for the humane attitude and professionalism of the whole team!

I have been receiving treatment here for 4.5 years (braces). The organization of the process itself is very upsetting. Because I've never come across a situation where they can't find a record. About 1.5 years ago, they just forgot about me for a couple of months (even though I was on the waiting list). Unfortunately, the situation has not changed now. They put me on the waiting list when there's no appointment with the doctor (unfortunately, I can't get to the date I'm scheduled for, because I'm going abroad for a week), and my arc has snapped. And then they just forget about the existence of this sheet, and until you write it down, they won't remember. Unfortunately, this record was already taken away in half an hour. It's amazing how abruptly the entry appeared by a wonderful coincidence on the day I wrote and reminded me of myself. I've been wearing braces for 4.5 years and I hope that because of the burst arch, the work and money won't roll back. There are no questions for the doctors. I really like those who treat caries/pulpitis and my orthodontist Danilyuk Maria Vyacheslavovna. They're great-they're the only reason the score isn't 0. But the organization is worth working on. As a result, the Waiting List turns into "Make an appointment if you make it." If you're offering an appointment, at least wait for a response (within a reasonable time frame) or call back. What is the way to offer a record and give it to others? Is that really professionalism?

Yesterday I visited the Royal Dental Clinic for oral hygiene. The cleaning itself was painless, despite the worries, because flashbacks from childhood still make you sweat in the dentist's chair.😂 The doctor worked carefully and quickly enough, within half an hour. After the procedure, the teeth became noticeably cleaner, plaque and unpleasant sensations disappeared. Good service, high-quality work for very reasonable money. I'll definitely be back here in six months!
