We contacted a travel agency about a trip to Egypt with the whole family. I would like to immediately note about the work schedule: it is very convenient that they work until 19.00 and do not need to leave work. There were no problems finding a company. They can consult both by phone and face-to-face. We went to the office in person. We came across an experienced manager, Julia, who, after listening to our wishes, quickly selected the most suitable option from a large number. We had a rest in Hurghada at the Marlin Inn Azur Resort 4* in 2023. The tour was for 12 nights. I really liked the hotel, the sea is nearby, the pool is on site. It's perfect with kids. The food is delicious and varied. Everything is great! I think we were lucky with this travel company, as there were no problems, everything was immediately discussed about flights, transfers and other things. We were always in touch in case something went wrong. People's responsibility was felt. We plan to contact the agency again, because there are adequate specialists and prices (we have visited many agencies). Recommend👍

Recently vacationed in Egypt with my family. We ordered a tour through the company "Rosting". To be honest, I had my own worries, because I had not used their services before. Elena was our manager. In general, she explained everything clearly and answered questions. But somehow there was not enough "live" communication, all through messages and calls. The Coral Sea Holiday Resort hotel itself turned out to be quite good. The conditions stated on the website corresponded to reality, the room was normal, but, for example, the Wi-Fi in the hotel could be better. The water in the pool, by the way, was a little colder than we expected, but it didn't spoil the rest much. In general, the rest was good, but there are little things that could have been better. Maybe we'll choose something else next time.
