Service is really slow. I worked as a courier, and most of the time, it took hours to wait to receive a single order from this restaurant. There is no mechanism to speed up the delivery. So my experience with this particular restaurant is really bad

За все время существования именно этой точки ходила сюда 5 раз. И 4 раза из 5 еду отдавали более 15 минут! Чаще всего заказываю баскеты и вроде бы ходовая позиция, людей в зале немного, но практически каждый раз ожидание более 15 минут! 26.02 в 17:35 сделала заказ 2358. На момент написания комментария (17:54) его все еще не отдали. Пару раз давали купон на кофе. Но как это должно сгладить ситуацию? В остальных точках ростикса сколько бы ни было народа нет такой проблемы со скоростью. Прошу принять во внимание.
