I really liked the hotel. It is located in the very center, clean, there is a shop nearby, the staff is polite. If I go to Astana again, it will be only to this hotel.

The hotel is good enough to spend the night for a day or two. Clear. The renovation is fresh. Cons: the shower floor is tiled, but there is no rug, it is cold to stand, the audibility is excellent (you can hear people walking in the hallway, rattling buckets, in the morning you can hear the washing machine working), the table in the room is wobbly. All this, of course, may be small things, but they do not create comfort.
