As a result, I bought this room from them and the travel agent bought me tickets with Aeroflot. Due to the fact that this is a semi-paid tour, the tour came out not 210 thousand, but 157 (not cheap for Egypt, but why not). CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL The check-in was excellent. The boy from the reception runs up to you, asks for your passport, asks about your expectations by number. After that, he says, I'll arrange everything for you now, it will take a little time, and there is a bar there. You go to the bar, order a drink and wait for him to come back with the documents and the room key. He comes with a piece of paper where everything is already filled out for you, you just need to sign and write your phone number and email address. I really liked this approach, you start to relax after the flight, and others do everything for you. territory The territory of the hotel is very large and green. It's interesting to just walk around the territory, take photos. Golf carts also drive around the territory every 10-15 minutes, which is very convenient. Number I took the Superior room. It is located on the first floor in the 16th building. The room is big enough and has everything in it. I just didn't have enough shower, but I knew in advance that there wouldn't be one in this type of room. If I had taken Deluxe, there would have been a shower room in addition to the bathtub. The room is not exactly fresh, but it is very well preserved. The only negative I found was that there were traces of calcareous stone in the bathtub. You could also find several bottles of water in the bathtub (brushing your teeth in Egypt is better with bottled water, rinsing your teeth with tap water is not recommended), a comb, a sewing kit (needles, thread, if necessary), a washing cap and something else. If you need anything else, call the reception desk and just say it. There is also not only a toilet in the toilet, but also a bidet))) QUALITY OF SERVICE The service at the hotel is very good. I forgot my razor at home – they just brought it to the reception without any problems. Someone wrote the same thing about a toothbrush, that they called and just brought it. In principle, the hotel tries to keep the Rixos brand and always tries to do something for its guests. Well, for example, you're lying on a lounger next to the pool, reading a book or playing a game on your phone, and an employee comes up to you or rolls up on roller skates, and just offers you some kind of refreshing cocktail or asks what to bring you for a snack – a hot dog, pizza, potatoes. And it was really unexpected and pleasant when a hotel employee also came up and offered to wipe his sunglasses. It's a pity that the hotel employee didn't come over and offer to help put sunscreen on her back, but apparently one day there will be such a thing)))))) nutrition So I got to the most controversial point, everything seems to be fine and at the same time there are questions. There are many bars and restaurants in the hotel, including ala-kart. There is really a lot of choice of food at her reception. Any kind of fish you want (for example, red fish and fried and salted several types), shrimp, mussels, any meat. Salads, sweets, and everything else you can't remember. Fruits – grapes, oranges, apples, watermelon, melon, and something else. Fresh juices are always orange, mango and... strawberries. Ala-kart restaurants – there are many of them (like 8 pieces), you need to book using the link from your phone. You can visit any restaurant, but only once. That is, each one can be visited, but only once. I visited everything except The Grill and Sakura (it's impossible to sign up for the first one, it's almost always packed right away, and I didn't really want to go to the Japanese one). Of those I have visited, I recommend Turkish, Brazilian, Asian, Italian (I have placed them according to my priority). Indian is probably a bit of an amateur, but in principle it's not bad. I don't recommend the Salt restaurant (seafood), it's not very well cooked, in addition, you can visit it in snack mode (until 17.00 the restaurant operates in snack mode, not in ala-kart mode). The food at the hotel seems to be fine, but there is a question – somewhere on the second or third day I began to suffer from stomach problems. So it's either food or drinks. Someone wrote that it was because of the ice that is put in drinks – I don't know, maybe so. I tried not to drink any cocktails all day, just beer – it didn't help. There are a lot of bars – at two large pools, at both reception desks (the hotel has two reception desks, it feels like there were two hotels next to each other), in the main restaurant, a bar on the beach, a bar next to the Arena (where part of the evening shows take place). I couldn't find a better bar, probably, certain cocktails are better at the reception, some are done well by the large pool, which are closer to the sea. But I ran into an interesting thing in all of them – sometimes you take a cocktail or just whiskey or rum, and you feel that it's made of something you don't understand. You also ask them to change it and say that something is wrong with the cocktail, they redo it and it's normal. Once I even noticed that the bartender, after being asked to redo, poured alcohol from the wrong bottles that were next to him – and the cocktail really became the right one. So there's a chance that the bartenders are pouring something local into the bottles, rather than opening the original bottles. Everyone I talked to at the hotel noticed this trick, even the girls who only drank prosecco or champagne. In my opinion, only Belis was always normal, as they said. Plus, I noticed an interesting feature – in this hotel there are only Stela and Sakara beers, all other beers are for an additional fee (the same Heinekken), and in Seagate – Heinekken and Stela are free. I don't see why Heinecken shouldn't be made free at this hotel, too, but paying $4 for a can at a hotel where everything is for service and quality is too much, in my opinion. animation As such, I didn't notice any animation at the hotel, I was in the fitness pool several times and that's it, I didn't see it anymore. Apparently I didn't get in somehow, the schedule of all activities is hanging at the entrance to the main restaurant. But in the evening, DJs start at the venue next to the beach and at the Arena, then evening shows, and then again a disco with DJs. The shows are beautiful and interesting to watch. They start at about 21:30 and last about 1 hour. I recommend that you go and take a look. The show is either at a venue on the beach (the X-Arena seems to be called), or closer to the second reception – it's called the Arena. The schedule, as I have already written, is hanging at the entrance to the main restaurant. POOLS, SEA AND BEACH The hotel has several pools – two large ones and one of them is heated (I was in August, and it eventually cooled down), and a bunch of not very large pools. There was a relaxation pool next to my building, but I didn't go there, it was more interesting to swim in larger pools. There are many sun beds, but they are often occupied. Another question is that when you're looking for a sunbed for a long time, a hotel employee runs up, says we'll find it now, finds a sunbed with a towel, removes that towel, brings you another one himself and says OK, please make yourself comfortable. Moreover, it feels like they are watching where people are somewhere near the sunbed, or have already gone to their room or for lunch. At least when I left for lunch and then came back, my sunbed was already occupied by other people, and within 5 minutes they found a new sunbed for me and everyone was happy. The beach is big and clean, but in the end it's clueless. It was practically impossible to swim in the sea – the red flag on the pontoon was practically not removed, and if it was removed, it was only after 17. And at 18, swimming in the sea is forbidden again. As a result, I swam in the sea next to Rixos Seagate (you can get there by transfer every 15 minutes, and then walk along a kilometer-long pontoon, or also take a transfer). There was almost always a yellow flag. There was, of course, a moment that was frankly infuriating – some people go around all the time and offer guided tours, massages, and so on. Moreover, it is often clear from the people that these are not people from the hotel. But they quickly got offended in the end (I told one of them rudely that I was resting and didn't want anything) and left RIXOS SEAGATE Since Rixos adheres to the approach that any vacationer can easily go to another hotel for a few hours as to his own, he had no problems taking a transfer to another hotel (Rixos Seagate), as well as vacationers from Seagate to my hotel (except for children, children were not allowed into the territory of Rixos Sharm El Sheikh at all). You can easily go to their fitness center, sauna, hammam, as well as have a snack at any snack bar or have a drink at any bar. It seems to me that the approach is very correct. A shuttle service runs from the beach of the Sharm El Sheikh Hotel to the beach of the Seagate Hotel. There is also a water park on the territory of Seagate (the transfer takes place in three sets – first from the beach to the beach, then in Seagate from the beach to almost the main restaurant, and then there is a transfer from the main restaurant to the water park). It's not bad in principle, but it's more childish than adult. There are no adult slides and all the restrictions are from 120 cm and that's it. The roller coaster has already seen some of its best years, plus there are some problems with them. For example, on the purple slide with two barrels (I don't remember the name), I managed to get stuck twice (only two people are allowed on this slide and because of this I had to look for someone else who came to rest alone, like me) - the first time in the first barrel, but somehow managed to get out of there. And the second time I got stuck with a girl (again, who did I find to ride the slide))))) already in the second barrel, two Englishmen flew into us, the result is that we fly off this double circle and fly on our backs inside the slide. And then there were attempts to clarify the relationship with the service staff, why these British were allowed in, if we hadn't left the hill yet. Well, then there were a lot of apologies and a medical center – I skinned my back and my arm a little, and the girl had both legs in the coccyx area. So it was a good trip to the water park – the second and last (the first time everything went without any problems). safety The hotel seems to have everything done for security, I noticed cameras in many places and so on. There are security guards everywhere, they X-ray your luggage and belongings. Even when you leave the hotel and come back to the hotel (I went to Jordan to see Petra), they ask you where you are going, why, if you are sure about this company, and so on, where you came from, what you did there, and so on. But sometimes this security was really annoying – for the first time I decided to get to the Seagate water park without a transfer (at the beginning I didn't know how to get to the Seagate and I decided to go from the reception, but it turns out the transfer goes from the beach of the hotel). In total, I left the hotel reception and walked along the path towards Seagate (about 1 km). I looked at the shops nearby, and I chose something that I would later go in and buy for gifts to my family and relatives. I got to Seagate (their second unit, which has a water park), but they wouldn't let me in. I tell them that I'm from Rixos Sharm El Sheikh, number 16011, my last name and first name, but they still won't let me in because they don't believe that I'm me. As a result, they say show me your passport to prove that I am me. As a result, I found a scan of my passport, showed it, and let it through. To be honest, it wasn't pleasant somehow. So if there's a situation again where you just want to relax (a trip to Jordan for one full day doesn't count, I decided that I wasn't going to Egypt yet, but Peter really wants to see it) and you don't need anything else, then yes, I would go to this hotel, but definitely not in August. And there are also winds when the sea is stormy, a red flag is hanging and the launch is closed, it was also with us every day, usually in the morning. Therefore, if you go for the purpose of buying, then there are risks that you will not succeed. And if you go to have a delicious meal, attend cool parties and generally have a great rest, then this hotel is the most suitable.

One of the best hotels in Charm. Rixos for adults is connected by a shuttle (a path along the sea) with a family one, which has a not bad water park. Very convenient. Alcohol of the imported economy type, pure whiskey or cognac is too hard to drink. But there are Baileys, Martinis, tequila and good cocktails. Wine, by the way, is also nothing, not sour. White wine has a funny name Obelisk. There are a lot of pools, but they are stupid, mostly small. Rixos bought 2 hotels that were clearly for children and combined them into one. The territory is huge and green, they carry it on carriages. It turned out to be very cool. In the evening there is a program, after which there is a disco. From 17.00 on the beach, girls in swimsuits are dancing in the bar. There are nuances by the sea, the beach area itself is large, the sun beds are not on top of each other, but there are waves all the time out of season, so panton is closed in the morning. They open only after 14.00. Panton is about 200 meters long, so the sea is already deep and dark, the corals are not interesting. The bathing area is not very large, but after we were carried away by the current, it became clear why. Apparently, in this bay there are often currents in the sea in which a swimmer without fins does not do anything there, blows into the sea at once. You lower your head to look at the fish and that one already knows where the fuck. It's good that there are rescuers, usually they just throw a lifebuoy with a rope and pull. Those who have been carried away are taken away by rescuers with masks and flippers. A puddle near the shore saves, even fish swim in it, but it is crowded during the day. So if you prioritize the Sea, then this particular bay is not for you. In the neighboring Rixos, the Sighate Panton is even longer, 800 meters. They drive along it on chaises. This hotel seemed a little cooler, the restaurant is richer, the pools are smarter, there is premium alcohol, but the beach area is much smaller, although there is also a puddle there. A chaise goes to this hotel, you can use its services except for premium alcohol. The Rixos Golf Hotel has a different bay, the sea is open there, but the beach area is very small. As a result, the hotel does not bother anything, everything is smooth, so I liked the rest. But out of season, given the nuance of the sea, I am unlikely to come again, unless there are low prices. And they obviously won't be, because the hotel is clearly popular.

Please note: loud music in the hotel is a party hotel until 12.00 at night. 8 restaurants a la card ( payment is included in the concept of ol inclusive ) . The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, there are a lot of flowers and greenery. The reef is located about 100 meters along the pontoon from the shore. 3 main large pools . There were some nuances with the service, namely the waiters, but they decided quickly with the manager. There are also Russian speakers at the reception. The attitude towards Russians, as everywhere in Egypt and Turkey, is felt anyway, such a hidden disregard. But this is not a hotel problem, it is a widespread problem. By the way, this was not expressed with an attitude here. The spa area is not about anything at all, I think this is not acceptable for Rixos. But, we went to Rixos Seagates, it's decent there. Golf carts travel throughout the hotel, including to Seaports and to the Water Park. The hotel was specially rented for 18+, which is a big plus. There were sea escapes from the pontoon, during our vacation there were winds and it was not always possible to swim, the water is carried away by the current, it is difficult to return to the pontoon. There are many pools, you can choose any one. There are also enough sun beds. I liked the hotel.

There are no questions about nutrition, you can eat, but as everywhere with Egyptian features, like sausage, which does not look like it at all. But there were seafood all the time, especially their crabs came to me. Although it is quite monotonous, but there is a lot of food and you will not stay hungry. There are no questions about catering, there are a lot of employees and they quickly bring everything you need. This is an 18+ hotel and, being parents with many children, we wanted just such a hotel. It's great because the hotel was 100% full, but it only felt like it was in the restaurant. There is no endless screaming and shouting of Arab children with their upbringing peculiarities, you can just lie quietly by the pool and enjoy your vacation. The show programs are the highlight of this hotel, we went to them not because we need to take time, but because they are great - dancing, songs, stunt people, acrobats... you can't list everything. The peculiarity of the hotel is the beach, which, like everywhere else in Charm, does not exist (I mean the opportunity to enter the sea directly from the shore), and the pier opened no earlier than 12 days. We didn't care, but maybe it was important to someone. The reef is rich and diverse, there are a lot of marine life, a paradise for snorkeling. Tip, if you want to upgrade the room category, then do not approach the reception staff with this question, but look nearby, there is an employee with a cunning face walking there, who wants to help in every way. We arrived at 6 a.m., there were no standard rooms available, and at the reception we were offered for a modest $ 1,000 to go right now to a chic suite with a sea view. And the aforementioned employee did the same for 100) that's how we stayed for 10 days in one of the best rooms of this hotel. If you want to get to the salt or meat restaurant, you will not be able to do it, even if you try to do it at 00:00 minutes and 01 seconds) magically, they turn out to be already booked. Look for our Russian girl in the lobby, sitting near the reception. She will help.
