The gym is small, there are only two treadmills, and one of the other exercise equipment. A hammam is just a stove on which you need to pour water and lie down - what's the joke is not clear. The Russian sauna is open only on weekends - on weekdays they hold no more than 50g. On weekends, you can warm up at 75)) the infrared sauna is not clear at all what it is - it's always cold there. The pool is oval in shape, which makes it difficult to swim along the side paths, and it's small. The changing rooms are small. There is never any soap/shampoo in the shower. I'll give you a C, and that's a stretch, 2.5 is a fair estimate.

The staff is pleasant, the interior is old, the gym is small, but everything you need for training is there, professional trainer Darkhan, I recommend. There is a hammam without steam, barely warm, a swimming pool and a sauna.
