I like the atmosphere of the café. I has a quiet vibe, just a short walk (less than 15 minutes) from the Central Statr Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I ordered the Basque cheesecake and an Americano, which were both really good and a perfect pair. The staff are very polite too.

I had a lovely breakfast in Rene. I ordered potatoes pancakes with eggs and salmon. I can’t recall every detail of the dish. The flat white coffee was fantastic. My best friend took me to this restaurant. I can attest to his recommendation that it is indeed a great restaurant. I’m here to visit, so I haven’t been to many places, but so far I’d consider it to be one of the best places I have been to. To my friend, it’s the best he has been to in Almaty.

Beautiful spot! Amazing breakfast at a very reasonable price! And one of the best service 👌🏻 Highly recommend! Oh yes, don’t forget to book a table in advance, because there is always a lot of people.
