Very nice, comfortable, clean. Polite staff. We cleaned the room every day. Breakfast is included, buffet, good choice, very tasty cooked, sliced in the photo and this is about 1/4 of what was.

Wonderful hotel! Cozy rooms, courteous staff, reasonable prices. We periodically visit Uralsk with colleagues for work, we stay only here. Special thanks to the restaurant employees Lucia, Asel, Marzhana! And of course, to the chefs of Altynai (Your steaks are just licking your fingers!) and Liana. Look forward to visiting again!)) Great hotel. The room is spacious. A 2-seater bed with an excellent orthopedic mattress. Addition of a TV area and storage areas. Bathroom for 5. Kettle,refrigerator,dishes and a set for tea and coffee. We haven't been to the restaurant, but we really liked who we were. I recommend it to everyone
