Абсолютное отсутствие клиентоориентированности и хамство на кассе. Продавщица ведет себя вызывающе, разговаривает сквозь зубы и открыто грубит покупателям. Вместо качественного обслуживания получаешь порцию негатива и испорченное настроение на весь день. На замечания реагирует агрессивно и на повышенных тонах. Больше в этот магазин возвращаться нет никакого желания. Руководству пора заняться обучением персонала базовым правилам приличия
