I have already taken tickets through Probilets several times for trips to Belarus and Russia. Everything goes smoothly and without surprises. User-friendly website: I quickly find the flight I need, filters help me out, payment takes a couple of minutes, and the ticket is immediately sent to my email and phone. I like that the buses are usually clean, the drivers are polite, we almost always meet the schedule, and if there are minor delays, it's more likely because of the roads. For me, this is now the most convenient way to plan a trip without queues at the checkout. I highly recommend it.

This is not the first time I have used this service, and every time I am satisfied. Everything is clear, convenient and without too much fuss: I chose the tickets, paid, received — and you can safely go. We recently traveled with the whole family, with two children. Honestly, I was worried about how it would go. I visited the PROBILETS ticket sales point on Privokzalnaya Street. The location is very convenient, right next to the train station, which greatly simplifies the process of buying tickets for travelers, the room is small, but clean and cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable customer service. I was especially pleased with the availability of a terminal for self-payment, and overall I was satisfied with the service. I recommend this item as a convenient option for buying tickets in Gomel.
