Nice shopping mall. Modern. There are many interesting shops, a large children's entertainment area, a cinema and a food court. Subjectively, I don't have enough of a normal cafe or pizzeria to go in and sit for an hour or two. Parking is not bad: with medium-width seats, overlays on pillars instead of obscure bumps, and a counter for seats on the levels. It's free for the first 3 hours, which is very good, and after that it's only 1 rub/hour. It would be nice to make payment via ERIP also available, as in Arena City, especially if parking is in demand during matches at a nearby stadium. Convenient entry and exit. Nevertheless, I would like to "regulate" the priority signs/ markings for everyone, at least the entrances from the floors to the serpentine and the exits from them. And one more thing: on the 3rd level of the parking lot, parking spaces are located right at the exit of the shopping center - you have to make your way between cars to get to your own.

I don't understand why it's worth 5 stars. Let's start with the basics: air conditioning and toilets. Well, it's just impossible for the entire shopping center to have a toilet only on the second and third floors??? And you also have to complete the quest to find these unfortunate 4 cabins. I just don't say anything about the smell in the toilets (this is probably related to the same problem with air conditioners). There seems to be a variety of stores, but still something is missing. I would also like to have some small, cozy, unpretentious cafe there, otherwise sometimes the toad suffocates to go to the over-baked Buns and Lavazzo. The only thing that pleases is the presence of a decent cinema and, probably, a children's park. Some events and special areas for the holidays are also good.
