Не продуктивное отделение, абсолютно. Работает 2 человека в возрасте, с компьютерами не знакомые вовсе. Обслуживание от них медленное, отношение посетителям похабное, пенсионерам хамят, звук объявления номерков убрали, телевизор с мелким текстом за углом, а другой выключен. На просьбу исправить это, огрызнулись. Одного человека обслуживают по 20-30 минут. Так что готовьтесь потерять пол дня на получения….
