It's a disgusting place I drove by in a rented car on 18.09.25, was stopped for an overdue 600₽ speeding fine (from 17.07.25), and from somewhere they took another 3,000₽ fine for driving into the oncoming lane, and there is no charge for this violation. I explained that the car was rented and the fine was not mine, to which I was told that in case of non-payment, they would take away the documents for the car. I had to pay, and the landlord returned the money to me. They didn't give me a bill to pay the fine, they said they would go to the central office themselves to pay, and if they stopped further, then you need to tell the employee who stopped that the fine was paid at the golden post. So, when renting a car to travel to Abkhazia, immediately discuss with the landlord the presence of unpaid fines on the territory of Abkhazia. We lost two hours of our time at this post.As a result , we didn 't even see half of the planned places .
