Terrible polyclinic, no doctors, they can't diagnose , they can't prescribe treatment. They don 't know how to handle patients at all . How the queue works is not clear at all. The person is 20 minutes late, but they accept him, not you, on a ticket for a specific time, and absolutely no one cares that you have a ticket and that you are sitting in line with everyone else. Then why create a reservation at all?
