I, a disabled person of the second group, decided to use the Perekrestok home delivery service, but I was very upset. They brought six tomatoes, three spoiled, one cucumber half-rotten, and a watermelon in general. It was deformed by a hole, I thought maybe I'd cut it up and it would be delicious, but it turned out to be spoiled. Low-quality goods are put into delivery.

Big Perekrestok stores are convenient, but small ones, about the same as on Mira Avenue, are a mockery of customers. There are no self-service cash desks, there is 1 cashier, you can come in after 19 hours, you will stand at the cash register for 30 minutes with concrete, the trouble is, not the store

The store is located in the very center of the city. Not only is the appearance worse than in a rural store, but the attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. There's more room in the minibus in the morning than in this store. A completely disorganized space where you can neither walk nor drive. If you want to go in to buy groceries, the merchandisers/sellers will simply not let you near this shelf, naively believing that their boorish tone is an integral part of their workflow. Since when is a customer treated like an unwanted guest in a store? If you want a package at the checkout, wait until the seller goes to the warehouse to get it. If you want to ask an employee where the product you are interested in is located, try to find at least one seller among the merchandiser. It won't work. There are 10 merchandisers per square meter of the store. And the product range leaves much to be desired. If you want to buy a fresh loaf, you will receive a stone piece with yesterday's/today's date pasted on it. Well, as a bonus, you get a musty scent that all the fashionistas on the streets of Paris will ask you about.
