As much as I love their food, just went there for lunch and even though they were not busy they wouldn’t pick up our order. We left after 10min and the moment we left the waiter came to take away the menus, so he was definitely aware of us waiting and didn’t care to serve us

Guys, wake up! What's happening? We've been here 20 times in the last 2 years. Okay, the barista periodically expressed his "fear" when you order coffee at the checkout and ask to pour it into a cup, well, there's something else for small things, but today at breakfast they brought porridge with a frankly rotten banana and without poppy seeds. It would be better to say that there are no bananas and did not scrape the leftovers from the corners of the refrigerator. I told the waiter, okay, they didn't take it off the bill. I went to the cashier to take bread with me, as usual. A girl with headphones is watching something on her phone. He asks, and I say you don't need to cut, so he takes it and cuts it. In principle, it's a good place for food, but the quality of services is periodically lame. The administration is not finalizing it. It feels like people didn't come to work, but to their homes.
