I want to share my story of contacting the clinic. I made an appointment with a doctor in March for April because everything was busy. For some reason, the online registration form didn't work for me, so I had to call the clinic directly. I told the operator how, where, at what time, and to whom I wanted to make an appointment, and they listened to me and made an appointment. I'm looking forward to this day and I'm worried, because in general, going to a therapist is not the most everyday thing. As a result, after about 20 days, I come to the clinic for an appointment and find out that my appointment has been canceled. Just like that, without even trying to tell me about the error in the recording (since I'm going to the clinic for the first time, the doctor needs to allocate at least an hour for my appointment, and I was booked for the one that lasts 30 minutes). The woman who was at the reception that day is very pleasant and I don't want to accuse her in any way, but I was outraged and incredibly upset that the clinic didn't apologize to me in any way, but only offered to take a candy and not get upset, perhaps because I look very young, but still it's quite unprofessional.. I hope that the subsequent appointment will go well.
