1. Breakfast buffet okish, 2. rooms unique weird architecture…not that functional but still bearable 3. No elevator and my room was on third floor 4. They don’t do room cleaning unless you ask 5. No water in the room 6. I asked is minibar items paid-The reception said <YES> when checking out they said you have to pay for the items you had 🤷🏽‍♂️🤯🤬

К сожалению, отель оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. Началось всё с заезда: в номере не было воды вообще — ни горячей, ни холодной. С багажом никто не помог. Номера грязные, а уборка проводится только по запросу, что само по себе неудобно и странно для отеля, который принимает гостей за деньги. Если вы рассчитываете нормально выспаться, тоже не обольщайтесь: шторы в номере — это буквально пародия на блэкаут. Свет они почти не блокируют, поэтому с утра в комнате очень светло, и полноценному отдыху это явно не способствует. Завтраки также разочаровали. Салаты выглядели несвежими, овощи и фрукты были заветренные. Складывается ощущение, что качеству еды здесь уделяют минимум внимания. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — это, пожалуй, одна из главных проблем отеля. Общение с гостями хамское, резкое и непрофессиональное. Особенно администрации стоит обратить внимание на сотрудницу Елену: на обычную просьбу поменять полотенце она отреагировала агрессивно и крайне грубо. Также 23 июня на ресепшене работала девушка, после общения с которой осталось такое же неприятное впечатление. Сотрудникам явно необходимы курсы по базовому сервису и нормальному общению с гостями, потому что сейчас это выглядит просто позорно. Бассейн не работал. На фотографиях он есть, но по факту нам сообщили, что всё лето он работать не будет. Это вводит гостей в заблуждение: люди выбирают отель, ориентируясь на фотографии и заявленные удобства, а на месте получают совсем другое. Сам отель выглядит как слегка обновлённый советский пансионат, который застрял где-то лет на 15 в прошлом. Вроде бы пытается казаться приличным, но по факту — грязные номера, слабый сервис, сомнительное питание, неработающие удобства и хамское отношение персонала. Не рекомендую. За такие условия и такое отношение к гостям платить деньги неприятно и несправедливо. P.S. Даже одну звезду ставить — много

An interesting hotel with an unusual organization of space. The first block has rooms from standard to luxury, the second is in the courtyard with apartments. The apartments are designed and organized in a modern style, 3 floors with narrow steep stairs, and the floor in the corridors is covered with patchwork carpets. So, if you have sore legs or are overweight, the apartment is not for you. Drinking water is freely available through filters, in Karaganda it is salty, if you are used to another one, it is better to take bottled water. Breakfasts and lunches are quite acceptable, buffet, everything is fresh. Dinner- here you need to guess what the cook does best. The staff is friendly, but the request for documents in electronic form at the reception caused a shock. A week has already passed - the documents were not provided, they explained that they were used to writing out on paper in the old-fashioned way. Around the old town, Stalinka, historic houses, shops and cafes are very modest. If you are in good physical shape, you will not feel any discomfort, walk to the bus stop or take a taxi. The prices for accommodation are average, not overstated, not underestimated. The designer did his best when he designed the hotel and rooms, the details are in the video. As for convenience, it all depends on what you are used to.
