I ordered the pills online and paid for them immediately with delivery. A branded package was automatically added to the order, but it was delivered in a regular package, with no notification or apology. The medicine was intended for another person, and this moment was fundamentally important. When contacting support, I received the response "packages are out" — without any suggestions for solving the problem. They also did not inform us in advance that they would have to pay for the delivery separately. I was sure that the company has its own courier, and delivery is included in the price. The service left a very negative impression. I hope the company will pay attention to such situations, and future customers will be more attentive when placing an order.
