Recently, I was lucky enough to visit the Ossiano restaurant, which is located on the legendary Palm Jumeirah in Dubai — and it was a truly magical gastronomic journey! From the very first minutes, I was impressed by the interior: the elegant atmosphere with panoramic views of the underwater world creates the feeling that you are somewhere deep in the ocean, but in absolute luxury. The soft lighting, smooth lines of the design and the view of the aquariums set up for a special evening. We chose a set from chef Gregoire Berger with a change of dishes and wine accompaniment — and we never regretted it. Each dish was not just a meal, but a real work of art: thoughtful presentation, impeccable balance of flavors and textures, freshness of ingredients at the highest level. Especially memorable: delicately cooked fish with citrus notes; an exquisite seafood delicacy with truffle sauce; a light dessert that completed the dinner perfectly. The wine accompaniment was chosen flawlessly: the sommelier accurately guessed which wine would reveal the taste of each dish. The harmony between gastronomy and drinks was almost perfect — it feels like a lot of team work is behind it. I would like to mention the service separately: attentive, unobtrusive, professional. The waiters knew everything about each ingredient, could tell the story of the dish's creation and give recommendations. Ossiano is not just a dinner, but a whole experience: it combines the chef's skill, the beauty of the surroundings and impeccable service. If you want to arrange an unforgettable evening in Dubai, this place is a must‑visit. Many thanks to the restaurant's team and personally to Gregoire Berger for this feast of taste! It's a pity that the boss left the project. I'm sure you've caught the best moment in the life of a restaurant in Dubai.

It is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, a cafe with a good buffet. For those who like to get drunk, French champagne and bloody Mary with vodka Smirnoff are served in the morning. The room has an area of 45 sq. m. m with two double beds and a sofa, sliding door to the balcony. Sea view. A beach by the sea and several outdoor pools. Water park. You can play ping pong and lawn tennis. Everyone will find entertainment to their liking.
