We visited the Opera on Saturday. My impressions are extremely positive. The place looks great, the concept and attention to detail are felt. The sound equipment is good, it's a pleasure to sing. A huge selection of songs in different languages, including the latest news. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The prices are adequate. Perfect for celebrating events or just for a cool evening in good company. I recommend it!

For the feeling that you are in the circle of friends whom you have known for a long time! Wonderful cuisine, wonderful sound and backing vocalists who will help you perform any of the most difficult compositions that you have chosen, a charming and cheerful presenter with a creative approach! Sooo cool karaoke. We were a men's company. We had a great time. Cannon staff! The girls on the backs and the presenter are mind-blowing beauties! It seemed strange to me that there were very few people on Friday. An atmospheric place. One of the best karaoke I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of karaoke clubs.

It so happened that I went alone without company, I was greeted with a smile at the entrance, I would like to mention the administrator Yana separately, this is a miracle girl... sweet, kind, responsive and very beautiful! 🥰She told me everything, explained it, and kept up the conversation from time to time! The interior is beautiful, the sound is excellent, and the place is cool! It wasn't bad in the previous times either, but now it's generally great) The room is spacious, the tables are far from each other - you don't have to push with your elbows. Even if you come alone, you will be seated at a full-fledged large table, and not on a stool in the purchase, as is practiced out of greed in other institutions. The karaoke program itself is perfectly arranged. There are backing vocals, production, and some short shows. Nicely. Excellent staff - not a single sour face or displeased look. Good sound, low prices, convenient location. In a word, there are solid advantages.

I want to tell you about a not very pretty situation.… Celebrated on 24.01.26 in this institution Dr. Everything was fine at first, until the first hot dish was served, it was beef medallions with mashed potatoes, everything was beautiful, but when they wanted to try it, it smelled like rotten meat (((in the end, they called the waiter and asked him to sort it out, someone had even tasted this miracle hot. No one was there for a long time, then the waiters came and took away all the hot ones.. As a result, they didn't bring anything as a substitute and left it as it is in the bill. When we went to sort it out, the receptionist girl behaved as if that was the right thing to do. No matter what, but the people who tried it had a bad Sunday. It is a pity that such an impression of this institution remains!!!!

It's a wonderful and already beloved place. I wish there were more places like this in our city. It's a pity that people (and most importantly girls) are not always adequate. I watched the picture on September 20, as a group of guys in which the girl was very drunk. Behaved shabbily towards the staff. She screamed and harassed the receptionist. She was rude to the host and the waiter girl. The picture is so-so, especially when you go to your favorite place to observe such a collective farm. The guys came in a large group, then decided to cheat without notifying the administrator, they ran to different tables with "reserved" signs. When they were reprimanded, they began to shout, resent, and be rude. They provoked and even filmed it all on camera. But I was surprised by the tact and calmness of the staff. You guys are great professionals and well done! I wish that such collective farm inadequacies would avoid you!
