They diagnosed a knock in the suspension (the lock block with the lever was broken), which was concluded on another service as "well, the car is not new anymore" (4 years old), plus they measured and showed that the brake discs needed to be replaced The approach is great, it feels like the guys love what they're doing, there's no feeling that I'm asking them to figure out my problem (it's been common at the service station lately), they're consulting on spare parts. Honestly, I got here completely by accident. I was just looking for a service station in the selected area, and it wasn't a priority. Calling several phones, standard service, call later, amounts "From ...", until you have dialed in Olservice. From the start, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of communication, the answers were clearly relevant, and the counter-questions. I signed up, under a pleasant impression, and I think, "damn, is everything really going to be cool?". Guys, yes, the amount did not change after work, everything was done conscientiously, one hundred percent clean, and you must order an outfit at the end. Free diagnostics and inspection of suspension units were performed, and recommendations were given. Well, now I'm here and I know where I'm going to service my cars. Thank you for your work, good luck and the development of the service. Among the things that can be improved are seat and steering wheel covers for each car, an offer to sign up for work based on recommendations, coffee/ tea on the road, for repairs starting from 100 rubles, a branded service book with marks on the completion of work, a discount coupon for the next visit within three months. The reason for contacting Maxim was that when braking sharply in a downpour in the fall, the discs started to move. The braking effect worsened exponentially. I have to go to the parking lot..., I have never encountered this service on my cars before. I made an appointment with Maxim in advance based on a recommendation. Maxim competently and professionally advised on the process of threading with replacement pads and prevention. It was very interesting to watch the process of turning the discs.
