If you want to love Yerevan and Armenia, go here. A very decent level of comfort and service. Snow-white bed linen and towels. Purity. A kitchen where you can find everything you need, from dishes and a washing machine to Turks and ground coffee. Delicious breakfasts with the opportunity to choose the main course – porridges, omelets and fried eggs with fillers, which necessarily include fresh fruits from your garden and homemade cakes. Convenient location. But! All this can probably be found in other places. But kindness and warmth are individual phenomena. But it's all there. Host David will take care of you, and on the second day you begin to feel like the most expensive guest, and before you leave, your best friend. You will be told and shown, advised and helped. In general, they will do everything to make you feel not at home, but just at home, which this mini-hotel will become for you. And a glass of delicious drink made by the magical hands of Samvel – Papa David, drunk at parting, will help to keep warm memories of the Nut Guest House. Thanks! We will definitely come back! P.S. Single-digit 5 points. We had a rest in the middle of September 2025. Good location. Excellent breakfasts (a variety of them, real delicious homemade food with desserts and fruits). And most importantly, the owners of the guest house are pleasant and very attentive to the guests (and this is still a guest house, not a hotel). Definitely a one hundred percent recommendation! And yes, the main wealth of Armenia is precisely people!!!

A lovely three-bedroom guest house. Very clean and cozy. The rooms overlook the garden, where you can have breakfast in the morning. The breakfasts are varied, David asks every day what the guests would like to eat. There is a small kitchen with everything you need - a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle and dishes. The room has air conditioning. I would also like to mention the hospitality and cordiality of the hosts, who are always ready to help. The area where the guest house is located is very quiet, but there is everything you need within walking distance (cafes, supermarkets). A 10-minute walk will take you to the metro station. We were delighted with our stay in this guest house. I recommend it!
