I recently arrived for a paid package. It turned out that the terminal was not working. They told me to leave my number, like they'd call. A week has passed, and there are no calls. I would have called myself, but the problem is... this post office DOESN'T have a phone! That is, it is impossible to contact them, except to come in person, to stand in a huge queue. And then, after you stand in line, they will simply tell you that the parcel has been sent to another post office, although I indicated the address ... I do not advise ordering through Nova Mail.

There is a huge queue, I stood for almost 3 hours today. The rating is purely for the fact that the queue is very long. The staff there works well, but they can't handle so many people. Do something, people come to this point from all over Transnistria. In the photo, only up to the corner. The fourth part is all queues. People with health problems, both pregnant and with young children, who did not expect this. During the time I was standing in line, there were a lot of outrages that this happens very often, almost always. Please take action!!!

The most terrible service!!! Minuses: - Packages are often lost -You can wait in line for 3 minutes or 3 hours. It depends on the level of luck. - There is no organization and order. - Employees are rude and snapping. - The queue is not regulated and there are no safe conditions for queuing. I do not recommend this post office as much as possible. If it is possible to send your parcel to another branch, I recommend that you do so immediately. Save time, nerves and a chance to pick up your message in integrity.
