I went to the nomdor last month with a best friend. It is located in a very good location. Foods is very delicious and reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is very good and lively. My favorite food is Osh and nomdor is prepare very good Osh.

Subject: Complaint about service at Nomdor Somsa branch (near Westminster, Tashkent) Dear Management, On August 21, 2025, at 12:25 I placed an order (Samarkand pilaf 0.8; somsa; tea) at your Westminster branch. The somsa was served after 20 minutes and already cold. The pilaf was never served by 13:00, while guests who arrived later were served quickly. The waiter refused to explain the delay and behaved unprofessionally. The administration did not apologize and only provided the complaints book after delay. As a result, I lost valuable time, remained without my order, and experienced negligence from both staff and management. I kindly request that measures be taken regarding this branch’s personnel and administration.
