A full-fledged honest review about the work of the salon (I went for 6 months). I liked the salon for several reasons: 1. Good location in the city center, near the train station. 2. Affordable prices. 3. Quick opportunity to sign up in a few days. 4. The work of Polina's master (I don't remember her last name). It was she who helped with the choice of the shape and told about the novelty of the varnish. I was in a good mood and did a great service. I can highly appreciate her professionalism and customer orientation. It is also important to note that I have brought a new regular customer for joy - my own sister. I was so pleased with the result that I was happy to find this place! But over time, the service deteriorated, and I noticed flaws that I couldn't accept, so I'm giving it such a low rating. Let's talk about the disadvantages of this place: 1. From the second visit, the master was replaced by Olga Koroleva, without explaining the reason. Olga worked well, but sometimes I was surprised by her comments, for example: "short almonds look like seeds." When I wanted to reduce the length and change the shape, it was obvious that the master was sorry to make it shorter. The last time I chose a red gel with sparkles, I heard a comment: "how difficult it is to work with it..." 2. There were also chips and alterations, for which I had to pay extra and drive several times over the course of three weeks, which was not at all encouraging. The last situation finally finished me off and forced me to cancel coverage for the next 2.5 months. The situation is as follows: I made an appointment for a manicure a few days in advance, but no one called the day before. They accepted my sister instead (apparently they got mixed up), so I had to wait about 25 minutes. The administrator worked online, so the question arises - how can such negative situations with clients be solved remotely? I asked for a manicure without gel polish, but I got the following picture - the cuticle was not removed, but simply the previous coating was removed. The worst part is that my smooth nail plate has become wavy, I think it's been damaged! I'm currently restoring my nails and writing this review. I want Natalia, the owner of the salon, to take my feedback into account and really influence the work of the staff. It's very sad that my first impression crumbled so quickly. I wish you further development of the quality and service of the salon. P.S. My sister also stopped walking because of the detachment, I do not recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
