We visited in November 2025 and had only good impressions of this hotel. We took a junior suite with 2 children, had a very good time: there is an outdoor pool and an indoor one. All the pools are heated, but in 7 days we managed to swim only in the closed one, we were on excursions all the time. The food is a 3-course buffet, the menu is varied, there are seasonal fruits, there are also snacks: we took cotton candy and pies, delicious. There are a lot of stray dogs, they are not aggressive, but this is not a problem for the hotel, but for the whole country. Polite and attentive staff. On the dates of the stay, the 2nd birthday fell, the adult was given a bottle of wine, and the child was given a ball with a cake. It's a small thing, but it feels good! I also want to add that there is an entertainment program interesting for adults and children, there was animation. And there are discos, but we didn't go)))

Nart, a wonderful hotel. Very green and cozy territory, all inclusive meals, everything is delicious at home. We lived in the first building, the rooms here are not new, the lights were turned off every evening, the water in the pool was not warm, we were at the end of September and it was cold in the outdoor pool, but there is an indoor heated one and it saved. The animation is very active, there is entertainment for everyone, there is a Playground on site.

We had a rest in early March 2026 in room 514, building 1. We were given the most beautiful room, quiet, sea and mountain views, but the split system in the room ruined this whole beautiful picture: it turns on and off by itself, turning on is accompanied by a strong hum and a strong stream of cold air, you wake up at night and do not understand what is happening. We are Belgorod people who are used to everything, but split has managed to awaken our bewilderment. When disconnected, it gurgles, hisses, and drips. I reported this behavior to the reception at the check-out, and they promised to eliminate it. Please check! About the hotel: I liked everything. Delicious and varied food, excellent spa center with a warm pool and views of the sea and nature, a warm outdoor pool, clean territory, clean rooms. Among the suggestions: add beer to the main meals in the restaurant. I really want to sit and look at the sea, relax as I say. Where there is beer, there is no food, where there is food, there is no beer. In the lobby, beer is poured into 0.2 glasses, which is a mockery, especially in the heat. The bartender said: pay the money, I'll pour 0.5. There are no words. By the way, to sit on the balcony for a bottle of something, you need to go to the store, which is located far from the hotel. In general, the hotel is decent for its money, I would like to return to it.
