Even a unit is too high an estimate for this hotel. In fact, this is a solid minus. I was in Istanbul for the second time, my friends were staying in other hotels at the same time, and there was already something to compare it with. But to begin with, we booked a room on trip.com (you can pay with cards from the Russian Federation there). The administrator was even confused when he heard about this service. He said that he did not see the reservation in his system and found it only after calling someone on the phone. It's good that on trip.com there was a booking voucher, he confirmed the payment. But after that, the receptionist said that our room was already occupied, and he would give us another one (I wasn't surprised here, this is a normal practice in Turkey). Let me clarify here that we checked in for the period of 28.12 - 04.01. And the admin added finally that due to NG, there is an overlap with the numbers. If our room is available, he will move us there. In the following days, when I asked about this relocation, the admin asked in response, "what's wrong with the current number?" Before the armor, we looked at photos on various websites and services: everything looks decent, clean, the rooms are bright as new. But it's hard to call the place where we were settled a room. By the way, I haven't found his photo anywhere. The whole room is a micro-room with a small bed, one stool and a wardrobe. You come in, and to close the door behind you, you bury your knees in the bed. I'm standing by the bed, and I see the closet door to my right, but it turns out to be the bathroom. Only 1 person can fit between the bed and this door. And there's only one "P" passage around the bed. My friend and I sat on the bed to let each other pass. There was only 1 shelf in the closet. It separated the upper part, where you can hang things, and the lower part, where there was a mini fridge. The two of us used to place things on this shelf. I asked the admin to insert at least one more shelf, but he replied that this was a standard room and that it was now NG, and most likely they would not be able to find it. We only had hand luggage, but we still had things, and there was nowhere else to put them except in the closet. Of course, they never made an additional shelf. The view from the window was into the courtyard, or rather the wall of another house, about 2 meters away. Everything was very sad there, even the sky was not visible because of the superstructures and balconies above us. Wi-fi is available separately at the reception, and separately on the floors. We had a second floor, but our wi-fi was terrible, so the phone automatically switched to the reception. With all the disadvantages above, the most important one is that for the entire period of stay, which is almost a week, we were cleaned only once. And it was only after my request. By the way, she also slightly surprised the administrator. He said that additional staff is needed for cleaning, and now NG, so it's unlikely to work, but wet cleaning will be. Indeed, we were provided with soap and a new shampoo. But that's it. Towels and a bed were left, we used them all the time that we lived there. Our friends lived nearby, in the palladium apart hotel. For almost the same money, they had a brand new, clean and fresh room, where cleaning was done every day. We wanted to move in with them, their admin even offered us a discount, but our admin refused to refund the money and we had to stay. To be honest, I do not know where so many positive reviews about this place come from. Last NG 23/24, we stayed in a broken area (neva flats hotel), and there was a very nice room with a view of the city and even breakfast. There are no advantages here, except for the location in the historical district. I highly do not recommend it, do not look at the photo.

I didn't like it. There was no light in the bathroom when I came in. They promised to replace the light bulb every day, but they never did. The service is so-so
