The food is delicious, clean, tidy, the staff is friendly, polite, but there is one "but", the waiting time for orders is very lame in the network of these Muslim cafes. One day we came to eat and waited for 45 minutes, the people who came later than us had already eaten and were about to leave, but we all sat and waited for our order, there was no limit to indignation, in the end they told us that we had completely forgotten about your table, so hungry we got up and left. Neither my family nor I go to Muslim's anymore, neither in Rudny nor in Kostanay.

We were here a couple of days ago, the impression was not very good. They put me on the ground floor, without asking which floor they would like to sit on, and sat me down in the aisle, where people were constantly walking back and forth. The waiters were talking terribly loudly among themselves, laughing, and the customers were talking quietly so as not to disturb other people. After accepting the order, the waiter said the wait was 15-20 minutes, as a result, all the dishes were taken out at different times with a long interval, when my husband had already finished his dish, I was already tired of waiting (40 minutes had passed at that time) the waiter did not even come up, I had to call myself and ask where my dish was. What I see is that the waiters are starting to panic among themselves, shouting at each other, pointing at our table! Then I realize that they just forgot about him! Another waiter came and asked to wait another 5 minutes! If she hadn't reminded me, I wonder how long I would have waited. The overall impression, of course, was terrible! I usually always get into the situation, I understand that the boarding is complete and you can forget we are all human, but with such an attitude and despite the fact that there were not so many people, the waiters chatted and guffawed-this at least speaks about service and respect for customers! The food also leaves much to be desired, we ordered a horsemeat dish, brought 2 whole pieces of meat (small) and 2 potatoes and a bone, it tasted like yesterday's food was just warmed up!

I recently visited Muslim's cafe, and I was absolutely delighted! This establishment offers authentic halal cuisine, and every dish here is a work of art. The interior of the cafe is very cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere that encourages relaxation and communication. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with the selection and tell you about the dishes. I tried their pilaf and shish kebab — both dishes were incredibly delicious. It is also worth noting the variety of the menu. The prices are quite reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the level of service. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for delicious halal food in a pleasant environment!
