I came across a defective main camera in the iPhone 15 Pro, the phone is 3 months old (a large black dot appeared on the 3x magnification). I contacted this service center, where they carried out diagnostics and sent the device to Poland. How the repair went: ✅ An additional defect was discovered – in Poland, they also revealed a display defect that I didn't even notice. ✅Complete replacement of the camera and screen– both components were replaced absolutely free of charge. ✅ Fast delivery time– despite the international shipment, the whole process took only 3 weeks. Temporary phone – a replacement phone was provided for the repair period. Minimal expenses– I paid only for courier delivery (250 rubles) , the repair itself is under warranty. The result: The phone was returned in perfect condition. Special thanks for: 🔹 Honesty– we found the hidden defect ourselves and fixed it. Taking care of the client– the temporary phone helped a lot. Professionally, without deception and with care for the client!

Good morning. Multi service is the best phone repair service. The employees are really interested in fixing the equipment and getting the best result. I was running out of a worldwide warranty, there were a couple of days left before it expired and the staff solved the problem very quickly, without hesitation, took the phone and sent it to the service in another country. Everything was fixed, the service is 100 out of 100.
