I've been to this salon several times. There was a strong impression that the staff was not interested in solving customer issues. The electronic queue may not be respected, i.e. your ticket is on the screen and another customer is talking at the counter (he wasn't even going to leave). Don't expect smiles and "come back". They talk through their teeth. If it wasn't for the problems with the SIM, I would never have applied. I hope the administration will draw conclusions and bring everything in line with modern requirements.

One of the main offices of MTS in Vitebsk. Convenient location and opening hours. But there are clearly not enough employees, there is an electronic queue, but this is of little use, we waited with my wife for 20 minutes, but based on how many more people are in front of us, we realized that we would still spend at least 30 minutes, and left. The consultants are smart, but there are not enough of them! And it's been like this for years.
