"You have one bill washed, the other has mold on it" is all that can be said about this exchange office, despite the new bills. At the same time, the young cashier specialist manages to talk on the phone, but cannot hear what the client wants from him. I strongly advise against wasting time.

Very young employees work at the currency exchange offices, who unanimously refused to accept dollars, because the type of bill was "contaminated", which they saw under a magnifying glass! And they also said that "the president's shirt is worn out." They admitted that the bill is real, the "contamination" is insignificant, but they do not take it. The bill was bought in a bank, and they took it from another bank without any problems, they did not even focus on this nonsense, with which the employees of MTBANK staged a storm in a glass of water. Such "competence" could have made you smile if you hadn't had to go to another exchanger, which is "somehow not very good" even for Minsk on Sunday evening. 07/17/2022 the time is approximately 19.10

07.05 it was necessary to exchange currency urgently, in the middle of the working day, at 10 a.m., and there were no employees in the mainland itself or from the street, I had to run to another exchanger and change there, a mess!
